Like landscapers always do in my area, they park a pickup truck with trailer in the roadway. When traffic comes upon them, drivers cross onto the oncoming lane. This school bus driver decided since I'm not a motor vehicle, (s)he can just use my lane. To exacerbate the situation, the incident happened on as I was peddling uphill.
