Crossing at the lights at the corner of Footscray Road and Pearl River Road, Docklands. Pedestrian/bike light went green so I proceeded to cross, only to be cut off by a white van that didn't understand the concept of pedestrians/bikes having right of way on a 'green' crossing light.
