Red light dawdle and a considerate driver

Driver of 1GZE165 has plenty of time to stop and is not going fast but can't be bothered with the red light. It's not like the roads are wet and there is poor visibility - no wait, that's just what it's like.
Conversely the driver of the white ute has pulled up over the line but backs up to let me cross. That's nice.
