Reckless Vauxhall Driver Endangers Cyclists!

The driver of Silver Vauxhall approached our group from behind at high speed, honking. When he overtook me, I observed him holding a mobile phone in his left hand. It appeared that he intentionally drove close to one of the riders, nearly causing him to fall from his bike. When we caught up with the car at the traffic light, he began to swearing at us despite it clearly being his fault.
