Rainy Hit and Run

I was riding home S/SE down 15th Ave S. Driver rolled through the stop sign on the east side of Dawson, hesitated in the middle of the road, then accelerated. I slammed my breaks and tried to turn away from the vehicle but I couldn't avoid a collision. Driver stopped then immediately drove off. Front camera had died earlier in my ride, only the rear was working at this point.

Orange or Red Mitsubishi or Suzuki little SUV type thing.
