Pull out without looking, indicate right, move right, then pull off left at 1kmhGoing downhill at around 45kmh, Toyota Prado pulls out from a side turning on the right, apparently without looking at all. Indicating right, could be either going straight ahead or turning into one of the parking spaces on the right. Then whilst still indicating right, pulls very slowly and without warning into a parking space on the left, completely blocking the road while they do so.
On a wet road or without disc brakes I'd have hit them for sure.
