Driver busy chatting then pulls out from driveway and decides to drive middle of road. You can hear me ringing my bell repeatedly with no impact to him, then the idiot decides to pull back to the curb to do more chatting cutting off cyclist! Thank god for the guy he was talking to signals him to stop!
