Car desperate to pass on local road as I'm doing 30kph - flies past, gets flashed by speed camera (goes from 50 to 30 as it is a very busy pedestrian area with tourists from Lake Lucerne Boats) and has to brake hard due to congestion at junction.. I clapped when the camera went off
