Coming from behind, a bus turns into a bus stop to stop but realizes there are no passengers and continue straight out onto the road again without stopping in front of an oncoming cyclist. Apparently, the bus driver did not understand that when a commitment was first made to leave the road to enter the bus stop, the bus driver should have stopped and oriented him or herself before turning into the road again.
