SMN8059B Close pass 2 times

When cycling in NUS, SMN8059B wanted to overtake and in attempting this, he came very close (within 20 cm) of my bike, but slowed down due to a speed bump. 300 meter later, on a steep gradient, again he decided to pass within 20-30 CM. It was close enough that I was able to touch his car to try avoiding colliding.
