This is a very narrow lane so I slow and pull into the side, to my shock the van doesn't slow or pull in at all - coming within inches of colliding with me head on. The vehicle made contact with my arm which
caused me to stumble into the hedge, but no damage was caused to myself or my bicycle (except severely shaking me up).

Police Comments:

"I have dealt with the Registered keeper by way of a warning letter for due care and attention. This will be kept on record and can be used in any further prosecution."
