H17APL Close pass into oncoming traffic at a junction, over double white linesI was riding my bike along the Coventry Road in Kenilworth in good visibility, with lights on, front and rear, doing between 10-12 mph, when a car approached me from the rear, overtaking me incredibly closely as we passed the junction, in spite of the double white lines, forcing oncoming traffic to also move over.
