Green Pass is a pretty bad local driving school- previous offence shown on https://upride.cc/incident/yx74soj_greenpass_closepass/. The instructor, who is Carl according to the sign on the car roof, is telling the learner to avoid crossing the unbroken white line by simply staying within the left lane and close passing the cyclist. Worse still, the company claims to be training driving instructors! Unfortunately, there's no learning opportunity here, because the company did not respond to the video of the previous offence, and Lancashire Constabulary will, as always, ignore the offence
