Driver fails to stop at pedestrian crossing at traffic lights

There's a slip lane at the lights with a pedestrian crossing. This is a busy bike/pedestrian crossing location as it is next to the University of WA and just off the Principal Shared Path that runs around the river next to Mounts Bay Rd. Even though a cyclist had used the crossing just before me, the driver didn't even slow down as I approached. Either they weren't looking, or they weren't slowing down for anyone.
