Dangerous pass into oncoming traffic

I was cycling south on Davis Street. Several cars overtook safely, moving over to the right hand side of the road. The Mercedes passed very close to me and with oncoming traffic. The pass was dangerously close and the oncoming driver was forced to slow and move to the left hand side of their lane, forcing them to brush the hedge. The overtaking manoeuvre was also made within 20 metres of a parked car which the Mercedes then had to brake to avoid.
