A strange one. Not malicious. Just pointless. Drivers are supposed to give 1.5m clearance in 80km/hr zones instead this driver slowed but didn't give safe clearance.
Driver is probably confused. Always overtakes cars, truck, motorbikes by changing lanes but can't remember the MPD law. Driving is so complicated and confusing, isn't it?
Go easy on yourselves drivers - Overtake EVERY road user (incl. bicycle riders) by changing lanes. Simple.
