Chica (too close) and 775130 (way too close) pass for the second time, apparently pissed I had passed them once and felt the need to get extra close.

Note: NT police don't accept an online report unless you actually get hit. The city would rather write cycling action plans discussing how good the city is for riding than do anything to actually make it safe to ride through the city.
