Blink and you'll miss it. Minding my own business, cycling through a green traffic light behind a couple of cars, and some brain dead motor cyclist comes sailing through a red light on my right. I shout an expletive at him and he manages to swerve and miss me by inches.
Frame by frame you'll notice - 1. He's glancing at his mobile phone in his left hand. Illegal. 2. Not wearing a crash helmet. Illegal. 3. No number on front or back. Illegal.
