Blind Audi A1 driver pulls out HF13NNG

I was concerned the van would pull out as I passed so I took a position towards the middle of the road to be clearly visible to the van driver and give me some manoeuvre room. The black Audi A1 then approached the junction from the right and simply pulled out without even stopping. I shouted a warning and the Audi driver swerved into the oncoming lane to avoid hitting me and then beeped their horn, I assume to berate me for being in the way. It was a bright day, I was cycling in the middle of the lane and I'm 6 feet 5 inches tall and was wearing a high viz vest so the driver was either not competent enough to look both ways, has dangerously bad eyesight or simply did not care that they could have injured or killed a cyclist.
