Driver of gold coloured Holden decides to pull out from the queued traffic lane instead of giving way, causing the rider to jump heavily on the brakes. The impression given by the drivers action of slowing and pausing momentarily at the next junction, was that they were possibly looking for an opportunity to queue jump by merging left back into the RH lane.
