Bad driving and close pass with punishment braking at roundabout

This video shows how cars regularly cross into the cycling lane where there a islands placed on the road to slow drivers down, this zone is a 50 kph section. This incident shows the Toyota Hilux (grey 1DOD 437) crossing the white line and into the cycle lane as I am entering the traffic island area (chicane). I yelled at the driver that I have cameras and we continued to go along the road. At the next roundabout the incident escalated with the Hilux breaking to a stop in the roundabout during their turn (right), while I was entering the roundabout at speed (approx 40 kph) causing me to take evasive action. I stopped just after the roundabout to find driver going back up the road in the direction they had just driven from. The driver was also captured on camera a few minutes later passing me correctly, leaving over 1m in distance with no reactions. But I have video evidence of the licence plate number. This was the closest of my 3 incidents during this ride home.
