High speed close pass. This driver had no intentions of lifting off the accelerator.
The driver was issued an infringement for crossing the solid line* putting the oncoming driver at risk.
For putting the rider at risk? Nothing. WA police continue to dismiss & refuse to enforce safe passing legislation.
