riding along Mona Vale rd going south. A truck was parked in the bike lane. looked over my shoulder to see there was room to change lanes, indicated and moved into the lane to safely pass the parked truck. The truck in the left lane made no effort to either change lanes or slow down and kept coming through for a very close pass.
