The second car in the line was in a hurry and couldn't understand why everyine was in his/her way. You can't hear on the video but they were blowing their horn just before the overtake, on a narrow, twisty, single-line road. The first car passed reasonably well but the second was so close behind they had no way of seeing what was coming, hence the sudden veer back in to the left. The van wasn't much better but at leas could see what was coming.
