Failure to give way when changing lanes

Marked work ute overtakes cyclist and then changes lane while failing to give way.
I emailed the company with a copy of the video and they apologised on behalf of their employee, so I elected not to upload to CrimeStoppers.
Calling them out to the employer is probably more effective at changing behaviour, which is really what we're all after.
