Drivers must not be receiving sufficient warning of a road closure for road works? This driver apparently tried to continue straight and moved into the bike lane. Then immediately understood why vehicles in front were stopped to change lanes, so slammed on the brakes. I was fortunate to be able to stop without running into the rear of the car.
