As I was turning right from the main road onto an access road. The driver of the Land Rover Defender waiting for the main road to clear, started to pull out without looking in my direction, just as I was right in front of her vehicle. By shouting at her, she immediately stopped halfway out in the road missing me by inches. She was shocked (her hand to her mouth) as I was, yet still drove off without any consideration to the state of the cyclist.
