Bikes were doing roughly 60 + kph and were passed way too close at a speed of over 100 kph

White Chevy Malibu passes 3 groups of cyclists on the other side of the road as traffic is approaching the opposite direction. They then pull back across the center line to avoid the traffic (which honks at them) and nearly hits me and another cyclist as they pass in the same lane within 2 feet of me.
