No quarter given! crazy tractor giving no regard to cyclist on the road

Taxi overtakes cyclist on blind bend and, surprise-surprise, encounters oncoming vehicle. Naturally sounds horn at me to get out of the way, and swerves in on me. Oncoming Porsche has to slow down to avoid collision. This will be completely ignored by Lancashire Constabulary, because they always are. Time on the video is GMT

Overtaking and slamming the brakes

I was cycling home on the A30, the speed limit was 40mph and I was travelling at just over 20mph.

Traffic was relatively light, however, this ambulance overtook me leaving little space to me. Clearly the driver left insufficient room, and nowhere near the statutory minimum (ie 1.5m at 30mph) despite it travelling closer to 40mph, and was simply driving dangerously close to me whilst over taking.

There was a gap in the traffic coming from opposite so there is no excuse for not waiting a few seconds to overtake me legally and safely, in particular the ambulance driver who, being a professional emergency worker, should know better.

I submitted to the police, but they took over a week to review so they ran out of time to actually do anything to the driver.

Driver decided to stop for a conversation eventually not understanding the rules and regs of road use, pointing to road edge and mentions rego. Left when I applied actual logic and rules, but not before another car had to pass around them. Possible punishment pass as apparently cyclist don’t belong on the road.

Three close passes in a row putting myself and others in danger. This is just after a stop light and just before the road widens. Unfortunately, the three drivers thought that it was okay to put my life in danger because they were in a hurry.

The farmer has the whole road for the overtake & yet he/she decides to just straddle the lane. If they didn’t have a trailer that would probably be fine but with the trailer it felt too close for comfort.
