A car running a red light in front of a cop and the cop not caring

Young man found unconscious on side of the road, 2am and 4 degrees Celsius. Wake up after 15min and took home by police patrol later on.

Lots of room for the cyclist, about one second away from a head on with an approaching vehicle.

Casual winter ride turned in to a slip and slide ride.
