Incident type: Motorbike

A motorcycle going the opposite direction made a pass at the same time the car he was passing was adjacent to me, leaving very little room for clearance

A trail bike rider riding at road speeds, on the footpath, on an unregistered motorcycle. This street is home to many retirees who would break a hip just trying to get out of the way. It’s also just down the street from a primary school. This particular clip will be referred to the police.

An enjoyable journey this rare sunny morning was interrupted when a motorcyclist performed this ridiculously close pass, overtaking by cms instead of the legally required 1.5m minimum passing distance for this 80km/hr zone. This assault was reported to police who said the motorcyclist would be a issued a ticket for the offence.
