Clearly waiting 5 seconds for a gap to appear was not enough for this driver so they decide to squeeeeze past 2 cyclists on an early Saturday morning ride

Any incident that almost results in a crash.
Cyclists riding uphill make shoulder checks to confirm that it’s safe to turn left. After they start the turn a car decides to pass, and despite being waved back, accelerates and weaves through the cyclists at the intersection.
The driver of the white 4Runner was obviosly not paying attention when changing lanes to avoid the backup.
Received a close pass from a learner driver. I caught them at the roundabout and requested a chat.
The driver pulled over and the driver, his father and myself had a brief chat about what had happened and said if they would like to see the footage to let me know. We ended up catching up for a coffee later that afternoon and I showed them the footage. The driver was genuinely surprised at how close he had gotten and seemed to really take the message on board.
I think it was a good outcome in the end.

Riding along bike paths in my area. Rang my bell several times and yelled for them to move right. It was a sprint segment. Guy came after me. Swung my bike at him and hit him in the head. My bell dings at 50 seconds when I hit him hahahahhah That’s the best part
