This isn't a very close pass and I wouldn't have bothered with it. However, the Forton Glass of Galgate Mill Renault had no MOT, but Lancashire Constabulary insisted that it did. They were clearly lying as you can see on the DVSA website, and this is the subject of a complaint to LC about LC!
