Close passing is becoming worse and more frequent in Lancashire as a result of the Lancashire Constabulary attitude that if the cyclist wasn't KSI'd, it wasn't close enough, the complete police disregard for the Highway Code statements concerning the overtaking of cyclists which they ignore themselves and the resulting refusal to take action against the offence. I haven't reported this one because I've already reported one today from only 2 minutes earlier, and they would ignore it anyway. Time on the video is GMT.
