On a county, two-lane rural road, a small pickup came over the crest of a small hill and began drifting across the double-yellow center line. I got to the right side of the pavement as far as I could safely do so and was ready to dive for the ditch if needed. No contact fortunately.
Noise is due to the rough tar-and-chip surface of the roadway.
