What Passing Place

Driver Barrels through passing place forcing us both to come to a sudden stop just meters from a safe passing area. I had to stop hard enough that my Garmin recognized it as a possible crash and started calling emergency contacts.
I firmly believe that if I hadn't held my fairly central positioning this guy was going to try and pass at speed. you see at first he just moves to the edge and keeps coming before reconsidering.
