Terrifying close pass as the female Barbarian driver swerved into me to avoid collision with the oncoming red Fiesta ML09 KHH as I took the centre of the lane at this unbroken white line section leading up to a blind humpbacked bridge followed by a left turn. She also crossed the unbroken white line. Lawbreaking is common here because of zero enforcement by the police. I know it was a female driver as I saw her again only 2 minutes (that's accurate!) later heading towards me again. The police will ignore the report, as they always do. Time on the video is GMT.
