Very close call on roundabout

Car fails to give way at roundabout - driver totally oblivious to the situation. You can hear both my wheels lock up on the asphalt to avoid being hit. Note the time on the video is one hour out, should be 15:14, not 16:14 (not adjusted for the end of day light savings).
