E-scooter dope

I didn't notice the e-scooter for a start owing to their choice of grey clothing, on a grey background, on a grey day.
The e-scooter weaves through traffic, through the red light and across the intersection. Fortunately the traffic in the intersection sees the e-scooter and pulls up, otherwise the grey on grey colour scheme may have been augmented with red.
