I was cycling at 23mph on Old Norwich Road in Quaker Hill CT when a white BMW with Texas license plates exited Richard's Grove Road and nearly hit me and a vehicle passing me. I swerved into the oncoming lane to avoid a serious collision. I filed a police report and turned over an SD card with the video to the police. Waterford Police indicated they would track down the driver and issue a ticket.
