Dude in his POS Pathfinder (NYS: KYK-2223) takes a close pass on me despite not on-coming traffic. This is a notorious street in this town as there are several beach clubs at the end of the point where members are known drunk-drivers. Mid-day on a Saturday and this is what runners, walkers (no sidewalk) and cyclists have to deal with on a regular basis. The Town of Rye is culpable for dangerous conditions.
