Tow truck driver pushes me off to the side of the road to avoid getting clipped by the tow bed

This road have NY DOT Shared Lane Markings. They have faded over the last few years, but you can see the truck crossing over two as he approaches me from the back. Instead of changing lanes, the driver from Buffalo Auto Auction moves over just a little. Thankfully I saw him approach in my mirror. I waved for him to move further to the left. Instead he pushed ahead and cut over in front of me to avoid crashing into traffic. The irony is that he was right in front of me for he next 1/2 mile of Main Street. I've reached out to Buffalo Auto Auction sharing the video and the NY DOT guide on where a cyclists should be on the road and asked for them to have a conversation with the driver.
