Was on Scoggins ride and got dropped by the group ride. I was coming up on the turn at Cole Lake when I got buzzed by an impatient driver. He didn't even slow in the least. GA law is they must completely change lanes unless unsafe or slow to 10mph below the posted speed limit to pass. The posted speed limit is 45. I was doing 20. He must've been doing 55-60. He had a driveout tag.
