Uphill section with several cyclists about to overtake roadworks area when this truck comes from behind and blasts his horn behind me and later to other 2 riders up ahead (as seen from this video), including close pass.
There is narrow cycle shoulder, but that's what the road workers are using for their truck parking and it's notorious for loose gravel and other debris.
There was plenty of time to see us cycling ahead, adjust speed and pass with care.
