I was westbound in the right lane on Valley View at Luna, Farmers Branch TX. (This is directly in front of the police station!)

I was waiting at the for the light to change while oncoming traffic was making a left turn with the green arrow. After the oncoming left arrow turned red, and my signal turned green I proceeded across the intersection—whereupon I was nearly hit by a red Hyandai that very clearly ran a red light.
