Although the GPS wasn't fully acquired so the speedo isn't visible, I am always doing nearly 20 mph at the relevant point where the Stagecoach double decker illegally crosses the unbroken white line in a dangerous position- at the same time as performing an alarming close pass. A common offence at this blind humped bridge in both directions. No response or action from Lancashire Constabulary
