Coming on a downhill path on Stevens Road, a motorcycle from the opposite direction turning right to enter Draycott Park was completely oblivious to the speed a bicycle is approaching at and even if he had a complete clear line of sight, he still decides to take the risk of turning right. Apparently, it's pretty hard to fight this kind of stupidity. This was the second incident within 3 minutes.
