Punishment pass on cyclist and late indication to turn and (Rego number: LFN738)

Foggy Christchurch morning. White Pajero 4WD gave plenty of space when passing, but dark grey Skoda Karoq (rego: LFN738) chose to do a punishment pass, and indicated late after lane change. The driver could have chosen to slow down and changed lanes behind me, or perhaps change lanes further down the road after ample indication. Nope, clearly lack of courtesy for cyclists!
