For completeness, because it's not an anti-cyclist offence. This is a Robinson's Haulage of Bilsborrow 32 tonne tipper crashing through a red light at 40mph on A6 southbound at Garstang. I've already uploaded a northbound A6 offence. No action by Lancashire Constabulary, needless to say. There are loads of RLJs at these lights.
