Terrifying close pass by Booths Supermarkets 44 tonne artic. associated with illegal crossing of the unbroken white line leading to a blind humpbacked bridge followed immediately by a left hand bend. As soon as he passed me he had to brake because of the sudden appearance of oncoming vehicles and because of the bend. No response or action by Lancashire Constabulary. Time on the video is GMT.
